Refund policy
Bikini Baddie allows refund on apparel only (does not include bikinis, one pieces, jewelry, or select coverups). Orders with qualifying items placed from 5/20/21 to present can be returned for store credit if products are returned with minimal wear and tear AND with a postmark date of 7 days following delivery (not including Sundays). Purchasers are expected to return the items at their own expense to the appropriate address:

All returned packages must be easily identified with a corresponding order number and Purchaser Name (First and Last) to ensure timely store credit refunds.Â
Once item(s) have been received and determined to have minimal wear and tear, the Purchaser will receive store credit in the form of a gift card to their email. All returning shipments must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a store credit refund (not including Sundays). Any returns of swimwear, products marked final sale, or orders shipped outside of the qualifying window, will NOT result in a refund under any circumstances. Gift cards and other digital products do not qualify for a store credit refund.
Item(s) will be determined to have minimal wear and tear at the discretion of Bikini Baddie, should your product(s) exceed the acceptable amount of wear and tear, purchasers will be notified via email and should not expect a store credit refund.Â
Most items are true to size, and we encourage you to use our size chart for a better fit
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Processing Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be emailed a gift card with your refund amount.Â
Exchanges
Due to many items selling out fast, we do not offer exchanges.
