Return and Exchange Policy
Bikini Baddie will temporarily allow orders placed between 11/25/2020 and 12/24/2020 to be returned for store credit if products are returned with minimal wear and tear by 1/4/2021. Purchasers are expected to return the items at their own expense to the following address:

All returned packages must be easily identified with a corresponding order number and Purchaser Name (First and Last) to ensure timely store credit refunds.
Once item(s) have been received and determined to have minimal wear and tear, the Purchaser will receive store credit in the form of a gift card to their email. All returning shipments must be postmarked by 1/4/2021 to qualify for a store credit refund. Any orders placed outside of the stipulated dates ( prior to 11/25/2020) do not qualify for returns and any orders placed after (12/24/2020) will not qualify. Gift cards and other digital products do not qualify for a store credit refund.
Item(s) will be determined to have minimal wear and tear at the discretion of Bikini Baddie, should your product(s) exceed the acceptable amount of wear and tear, purchasers will be notified via email and should not expect a store credit refund.

Processing Time - All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2 business days or sooner. Express orders are processed within 1 business day. Bikini Baddie is not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. Please track your packages using the supplied tracking number.
Shipping Costs - Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information and is dependent upon the weight of your order.
Delivery Times - All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival is:
- USPS Priority Mail (5-7 business days)
- USPS Express Mail (2 business days)
- Free Shipping (5-7 business days)
International Orders: Delivery will depend solely on your country's customs process. Orders may arrive in a minimum of 6 business days (Standard) or 5 business days (Express)
Order Tracking - When your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your tracking number.
Custom Fees - A customs duty is a tariff or tax on the importation of goods. Commercial goods not yet cleared through customs are held in a customs area until processed. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of each customs agent to release your package.
